Rutgers OFSA offers both formal and informal sorority recruitment at the start of fall and spring semesters. Formal recruitment takes place at the start of the spring semester and offers all PNMs a chance to get to know the Greek Panhellenic sororities on campus. 

     Informal recruitment takes place at the beginning of the fall semester and is open to all students (sophomores and above) for them to attend individual sorority events and learn more about specific chapters.
